Job Description

Insight Global is assisting a client in high-end women's retail clothing to identify a Seasonal Retail Associate (Key Holder). As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales during our busy seasonal period. This position requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities

 Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high level of personalized service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

 Sales Support: Assist in achieving store sales goals by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.

 Team Leadership: Support the management team in training, mentoring, and supervising staff, ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional service and adhere to store policies.

 Operational Duties: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

 Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and assist in reporting sales metrics and performance trends to management.

 Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Loss Prevention: Help maintain store security and loss prevention procedures, ensuring that all items are accounted for and that the store is safe for both customers and employees.

Skills and Requirements

Previous retail experience, preferably in high-end or luxury womens clothing, is highly desirable.

 A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a strong understanding of customer needs in a luxury retail environment.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members effectively.

 Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

  Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays during the peak season.

  A keen interest in fashion trends and the ability to represent the brand's aesthetic and values. Experience in a supervisory or key holder role is a plus. null
