Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a developer that has deep knowledge of Java to help resolve primarily performance related defects in Java 8 code being implemented to replace legacy mainframe-based processing on ALC. They must be able to understand the causes of java performance issues and how to resolve them.

Pay Range: $50.00-80.00/hr (depending on LCAT)

Skills and Requirements

* Understands Java 8 and what the update from previous version meant for overall Java development

* Comprehends development concepts and can discuss them in detail

* Understands Java multithreading, how to implement it, what the benefits and costs are

* Is well versed in Junit testing

* Knows Spring Boot

* Knows Spring Batch null
