We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a PT Accounts Payable Clerk located in Matthews, North Carolina, 28105, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate accounts, processing invoices, and resolving account-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold accurate records of all accounts payable data

• Process invoices accurately

• Handle account reconciliation tasks efficiently

• Conduct check runs in a timely manner

• Ensure accurate coding of all invoices

• Perform data entry tasks as required

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation

• Operate QuickBooks for financial management tasks

• Use SAP for business process tasks

• Manage sales tax-related tasks adequately.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Familiarity with Check Runs is expected

• Ability to handle Coding Invoices is essential

• Excellent Data Entry skills are a prerequisite

• Prior experience in Invoice Processing is crucial

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with QuickBooks is a must

• Knowledge of SAP is expected

• Understanding of Sales Tax is essential
