Ohio State Job Bank Youth Minister in Mason, Ohio
- Plan, preach and teach weekly during Friday and Sunday services for Youth Ministry.
- Direct and plan annual calendar for Youth Ministry, including special events, curriculum and discipleship program.
- Provide vision for the direction of the Youth Ministry.
- Lead and build up the musicians and worship team
- Provide pastoral care, spiritual counseling and guidance for the youth and their families
- Organize and lead activities and outreach programs for the youth ministry.
- Lead youth to embrace and support the overall vision of the church
- Demonstrate leadership, promote fellowship, discipleship, and evangelism.
- Provide and support overall effective administration.
