Community Concepts Inc is looking for a Director of Social Services to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Social Worker in an intellectual Care Facility setting and have a compassion for working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities with the ability to build a great relationship with family/guardian and staff to provide the best quality of care for the individuals.

* Responsibilities and Duties*:
- Human Rights Committee
- Admissions Committee
- Social Service Reports
- Discharges
- Individual Financial Duties and Oversight

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Social Work in Ohio
- At least one year experience in field working directly with DD/IID individuals-preferably in residential setting.
- Computer knowledge and competency
