Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst III. The Data Analyst III will aggregate and perform advanced statistical analysis on business data. Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity. Write advanced queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement. Develops and applies algorithms or models with the goal of improving the business. Develops and implements data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality. Provides findings and analysis for use in decision making. Handles complex issues and problems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develops and implements data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality.

  • Identify business trends, form hypotheses, as well as plan and conduct presentations and discussions with partners and leaders across the organization.

  • Contribute as an influencing partner of a small cross functional team to implement, test and deploy the approved technology/reporting/analytics solution in response to the business needs.

  • Identify reporting/analytics improvement opportunities and provide proactive, consultative strategic solutions, including identifying business process and change management drivers.

  • Support and recommend reporting/analytics projects prioritization and planning efforts.

  • Conduct due diligence concerning business implications of planned solutions.

  • Utilize process and divisional expertise to provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in applicable systems (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Clear and effective writing skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.

  • Project Management

  • Presentation Skills

  • Experience in Market Research and Analysis

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree preferred.
