We are currently looking for a Business Controller to join our Nestlé Professional team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Business Controller, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Facilitate business strategy formulation.

  • Responsible for the scenario planning within monthly business planning and the resulting dynamic forecast for the category.

  • Needs to understand all cost and top line components of the P&L (Profit& Loss) and to arbitrate between these P&L elements; for this purpose you collaborate with Operation Controlling, Sales Controlling, HR/MOGE Control and Planning & Reporting team.

  • Drives the performance management of the category.

  • Ensures an efficient resource allocation process.

  • Support the optimization of the product portfolio and the business Innovation & Renovation process.

  • Support new business initiatives (e.g. new business model, acquisitions) from a financial perspective

  • Ensure a solid understanding of the value creation framework among the non-finance Business Unit peers

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Proficiency in English

  • Having filled one or several career steps in Finance&Control. Prior experience as business controller is preferred.

  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience

  • Strong business acumen with proven Business Unit controlling experience

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Compliance orientation-strong sense of control, compliance, and high standards of accuracy,

  • Excellent analytical skill, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture

  • Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams and resolve complex problems positively

  • Strong skills in accessing and using analytical tools and modelling

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
