Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE's relationship with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE. Drive orders and sales growth; define and implement a 1-3 year plan; develop and execute a GE Healthcare Sales strategyacross the horizontal product portfolio, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases; and lead the account teams.

  • Developing commercial expertise across one or more states, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.

  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.

  • Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Client Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • Proven large scale commercial operations experience and commercial management (PnL) experience.

  • Minimum 8-10 years working experience in marketing, sales, strategy, healthcare, medical devices, pharma industry, or related fields.

  • Experience of working in complex business environments with strong influencing and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Willingness to travel for work (50%).
