Responsibilities:
Arrange and conduct product evaluations: Maintain stability testing process, keep storage inventory, conduct and document physical analyses, schedule and conduct technical tasting sessions
Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments used for shelf-life testing
Train others on the use and cleaning of analytical instruments, good laboratory practices, taste panels and storage studies
Analyze development samples; set up analytical and microbiological requests for outside analysis
Continuously keep product development lab clean and in good order
Maintain oversight of Accelerator Laboratory space
Maintain Excel / Word data entry of quality records including physical and sensory analyses
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High School diploma; science coursework a plus
Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Fluent in English
Organized
Independent, self-starter
Good interpersonal skills
Collaborative service orientation
Ability to work with a diverse team
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Aptitude for analytical testing
