GENERAL DESCRIPTION Performs complex (journey-level) administrative, supervisory, consultative services, and technical assistance regarding the agencys case management services implemented at a TJJD-operated secure facility. Plans, develops, and implements the Texas Model strategy and services for the agency; provides consultation, coaching, and mentoring services as needed; and provides technical assistance to program staff, governmental agencies, community organizations, or the general public. Coordinates implementation of process improvement plans and monitors, reviews, and evaluates the fidelity of program implementation. Uses training, facilitation, and coaching skills to build systemic competencies. Supervises and trains case managers and clerical staff.Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per work week and be on-call. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assigns and supervises the work of assigned case managers and clerical staff. ( 20 %)Provides consultative services, technical assistance, and support to facility staff regarding the agencys case management services programming.
