Otis développe son activité et recherche un Conseiller relation clientèle H/F pour intégrer l'agence de Marseille.

Sous la responsabilité de votre Chef des ventes, vous prenez en charge la gestion du support commercial.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

• Assurer la relation commerciale avec les clients

• Enregistrer les demandes sur l’outil de gestion de la relation client (CRM).

• Gérer le support aux émissions de devis, d’appels d’offre en lien avec les ingénieurs commerciaux

• Gérer le booking et vérifier de la bonne conformité des commandes

• Etre en appui des ingénieurs commerciaux

• Traiter les courriers clients ainsi que les litiges et autres réclamations, et s’assurer de la satisfaction de vos interlocuteurs

• Prendre en charge les demandes de reporting

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Vous justifiez d'une expérience solide et réussi en administration des ventes (minimum 5 ans)

• Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous mettez en avant un sens du service avéré

• Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’initiative et de polyvalence

• Vous êtes capable de faire face à des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux

• Vous faites preuve d’une très bonne organisation et êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication

• Vous maitrisez parfaitement les outils bureautique (Word, Excel, Outlook)
