These reliable metrics help commercial payers that are large and small commercial payers as well as the majority of state Medicaid programs analyze and track performance, reduce inefficiencies, and drive better outcomes.The person hired for the position of Payer Commercialization Manager will join a strong team focused on driving provider, payer and business partner opportunities for those Solventum measures used for payment, quality, and performance management by government and commercial payer programs. Payment innovation, value-based care, patient safety solutions center our efforts. Based on business input as well as external information, this person will focus on commercialization opportunities, from marketing strategy, opportunity sizing, messaging, execution and results accountability. Position is expected to attain voice of customer and market-based recommendations for product development, product enhancements, or service offerings to match client needs and champion for solutions that delight customers and achieve measurable improvements in patient safety, efficiency, and quality of care. This person will help identify potential KOLs and coalition partners, as well as grow our overall Solventum reputation as a leader in the healthcare value space. This person must be both a leader and a team player, contributing to the development of our strategic plans and priorities and partnering closely with provider and payer sales teams to help drive downstream market attainment and client value.As a Payer Commercialization Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Coordinate and guide provider and payer sales team to drive and support downstream revenue attainment with shared accountability for performanceIdentify and support regulator and payer opportunities tied to market trends and federal and state regulatory initiatives along with corresponding strategy and marketing materials to launch promotions and are tied to measurable market impacts and resultsParticipate in coalition and association meetings to stay abreast of payment and quality policies, related potential opportunities, and client needs with focus on creation of opportunities for Solventum impactDirect collaboration with BUs aligning around growing core methodology revenue and penetrationUse consultation and education opportunities to secure VOC intelligence that will support the DRE commercialization effortCoordinate and develop the discontinuous regulatory events (DRE) "Story" and messaging for individual DREsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of experience in a private, public, government health in a business development, marketing, or strategy roleThree (3) of experience specifically in project leadershipAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:MBA, MPA, MPH or similar degreeMinimum of five (5 ) years of working knowledge of major players and stakeholders in payment and delivery system reform initiatives and/or value based paymentSuccessful candidate must be a self-starter with demonstrated internal motivation for achieving results through team based initiativesCandidate should bring urgency, ownership, results and growth mindset with infectious enthusiasm for advancing healthcare payment innovation, patient safety, efficiency, quality of care, and value based care efforts.Experience in driving...Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
