Here, you will make an impact by:Responsible for the global end-to-end (E2E) process and toolset used to enable effective rebranding packaging and labeling phase in, phase out (PIPO) project planning and execution across multiple functions and geographiesDefine project management best practices and ensure consistency and quality of process solutionsDrive continuous improvement by partnering with global, cross-functional users and stakeholders; oversee all aspects related to implementation of improvement initiatives; work closely with the technical development team to drive work direction and deliverables, including timeline and budget accountabilityDevelop change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs for business process changes, then deploy globallyYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations combined with experience specifically in project leadershipORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations combined with experience specifically in project leadershipAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with global regulatory requirements in the medical device or drug industryDemonstrated project management skill set and/or certification (e.g. PMP)Previous experience in a continuous improvement role or continuous improvement certification (e.g. lean six sigma, black belt)Experience with Power BI and other Power Apps, Excel (pivot, v-lookup), SharePointDemonstrated operational and strategic mindset that is results-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and quality in addition to excellent organizational, prioritization, oral and written communication skillsExperience navigating cross-functional dependencies and requirements to commercialize a new productProven track record of developing processes, syst ms, and tools to drive efficiency and effectivenessWork location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 15% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
