Boston Scientific Product Manager II, Complex PCI in Maple Grove, Minnesota

About the role: The Product Manager II, Downstream Complex PCI, will support ongoing lifecycle management of products within the global Complex PCI portfolio. This role has direct product line responsibility for balloon catheters, vascular access devices and accessories. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen to lead marketing decisions for strategic planning and implement tactical plans. This is a hybrid role based out of Maple Grove, MN. Your responsibilities will include: Lead global and US marketing strategy development and execute demand generation tactics for key product lines. Complete portfolio health assessments to optimize the product portfolio and partner with upstream marketing on porfolio management. Assist in managing the franchise's internal global downstream marketing network and provide marketing direction to field sales and other strategic channels, including execution of key initiatives. Identify and assess product opportunities by understanding the clinical procedure, the key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations. Provide leadership for the franchise marketing processes and key marketing project deliverables by recommending and participating in managing the set of resources required for the franchise to meet its business plan. Establish, build and maintain key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, other franchises, sales, and opinion leaders. Partner with finance, sales, and supply chain to develop the forecast as well as resolve other operationally related issues. Assist in the development and execute strategic and tactical plan(s) that drives successful attainment of goals as they relate to a specific product, channel or project. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree 2+ years of professional experience in the Medical Device industry in a marketing, selling or technical role Travel up to 15% (mostly US; some global travel may be required) Preferred qualifications: MBA or related advanced degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success working as part of a cross-functional team Prior medical device experience Marketing or applicable functional experience Requisition ID:579596 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most - united by a deep caring for human life.
