Principal Sales Operations Analyst, Interventional Cardiology The Principal Sales Operations Analyst will drive analytics, strategies, and planning for the Interventional Cardiology Therapies sales team within the Cardiology division at Boston Scientific. Interventional Cardiology Therapies includes both the Coronary Therapies division as well as the Structural Heart division. Both markets are rapidly growing and integral to the long term vision of Boston Scientific. This position, within the ICTx Sales Operations team, interacts with various sales, marketing, and finance leaders to create, execute, and analyze both short term and long-term commercial sales growth models. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer solution focus, multi-tasking skills, comprehensive organizational skills and analytical ability. Your responsibilities will include: Create, execute, and analyze sales solutions to drive profitable growth. Serve as strategic thought partner with Sales Leadership to define and execute the long-term sales strategy. Including identification and development of growth opportunities, sales territory recommendations, and investment strategies. Develop actionable analytics and propose strategy recommendations that solution for current and future commercial goals Identify changing customer needs, develop innovative competitive models and uncover long-term macro trends (pricing, policy, industry, etc.) extracting actionable insights Lead long range planning and multi-year sales transformation strategies to drive efficiencies within both sales operations and the overall sales organization Identify process improvement opportunities, develop long term process solutions, train necessary teams/groups to execute updated process flows Develop and deliver presentations for senior and executive leadership Build strong collaborative relationships across the various functional teams. Including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training, etc. What we're looking for in you: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of related work experience in Sales Strategy/Operations, Finance, or Consulting. Experience applying statistical analysis to business and data modeling Advances skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience Tableau and Salesforce Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues, even without direct reporting relationships Strong executive presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership Highly analytical with the ability to analyze large sets of data from multiple perspectives to generate conclusions and drive decisions Ability to interpret ambiguous requests, and partner with key stakeholders in driving goals Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities Highly organized with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail Solution oriented mindset that is comfortable with fast pace in a rapidly changing industry Ability to travel 5-15% for events and meetings.
