Your Impact

As an Assembler , you will be a key player in crafting high-quality components that power critical industries. Your expertise will ensure precision assembly, thorough quality checks, and adherence to rigorous industry standards. What You’ll Do

• Operate assembly machines and equipment for electronic, molded, and metal components.

• Use hand tools and measuring devices to assemble and inspect products.

• Clean, package, and touch up finished components for quality assurance.

• Follow ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards and safety protocols.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Assist team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.

• Train new employees as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong manual dexterity and keen visual acuity.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work with chemicals.

Preferred:

• Experience reading blueprints and working with scopes in a manufacturing environment.

• IPC-A-610 Certification (for backpanel assembly work).

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
