We are offering an exciting opportunity for a sharp Attorney to join a top law firm practicing in Personal Injury (Plaintiff side_) based in Mankato, Minnesota. This role involves supporting a fast-paced practice with research and writing tasks and offers many opportunities to attend client meetings, depositions, and mediations. The successful candidate will have substantial responsibility and ownership over client matters while working with a team on complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and drafting legal documents

• Attend and contribute to client meetings, depositions, and mediations

• Support a busy practice, handling plaintiff's personal injury cases

• Maintain a keen focus on providing top-notch client service

• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the legal field, particularly around personal injury law

• Use case management software for efficient handling of cases

• Use legal software such as LexisNexis for research and briefing

• Handle civil litigation cases and manage claim administration effectively

• Handle client complaints professionally and maintaining thorough documentation of the process

• Work collaboratively with the team on complex legal issues.

Requirements • Must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

• Proficient in using legal software such as Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and 3M

• Familiarity with legal management systems and their application in case handling

• Strong experience in civil litigation and claim administration

• Expertise in handling complaints and providing appropriate legal solutions

• Excellent skills in drafting and reviewing legal documentation

• Proven experience in briefing and presenting cases efficiently

• Exceptional understanding of legal procedures, terminologies, and regulations

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
