The Service Desk Specialist is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling service requests, incident management, and working closely with other IT teams to deliver seamless support to our internal and external customers. Provide accurate information on IT products or services. Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Document issues and solutions in the service desk ticketing system. What You\'ll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate\'s degree in a computer related field, preferred. Proven experience as a service desk technician or other customer support role. Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office is required. Basic networking skills Ability to communicate well with users having different levels of computer knowledge.
