JOB REQUIREMENTS: KVS Arbor Machining JOB DESCRIPTION: Set up, operate, and perform quality checks on all aspects of the Arbor Machine Cell including: Arbor Machine, MPR Lapper, Clamping Machine, Measuring Machine, Wende Automat, and Unlock/Wash Unit, Profile, and lapand O Mark Assist in writing job instructions and TWI training methods. Assist with training operators. Complete OPPM. Read and interpret K-prints and blueprints. Implement and sustain 5S standards in the areas. Observe all safety policies and quality aspects of Arbor Machine Cell. Any other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Experience in running multiple machines (profile, lap, o-mark, applicable gages and measurement gages). Ability to work in a team environment to meet timelines, solve tooling and/or process capability issues. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Ability to lift 30lbs. Knowledge of Windows based programs and Excel preferred. Self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision. Ability to read, write and perform basic math skills.
