We love events! Our business is about making face to face connections, so we are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, customer centric Sales Enablement Specialist to join our hard working and high performing team in a busy, and dynamic work environment.

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you are responsible for local implementation of the L&D plan, consistent and improved on-boarding of sales executives and working with the Global Sales Enablement team as the local representative responsible for delivering the objectives in the L&D plan. You will provide guidance and coaching to the sales executives, team supervisors to support them to implement programs and practices to develop, leverage and maximize the sales performance on their teams.

  • You have either been a team leader or have played a significant role in providing coaching to your colleagues as a salesperson.

  • You might not necessarily have any coaching or related qualifications, (we value those too) but you have certainly been effective in providing feedback and coaching in your current role and have a natural ability to adapt to any personality irrespective of demographics or other factors.

  • You have a track record of excellent record keeping, some experience with leading a project and a natural tendency and ability to coordinate and organize your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Communication and Enablement

  • Provide timely delivery of global training programs based on the needs of the existing sales teams and any new hires joining throughout the year.

  • Own the end-to-end sales campaign on-boarding L&D program and approach; following the show briefing process, ensure that all related briefings and associated training classes and group coaching sessions are scheduled in advance and with sufficient time prior to call campaign start.

  • Creating a best practice for show team engagement with the Manila Sales Team, and collaborating with show teams to implement this.

  • Partner with the supervisors in identifying the need in planning and the implementation of the L&D program in Manila and hold them accountable for delivering to their commitments.

  • At quarterly intervals, calibrate the implementation of the existing L&D plan in line with lessons learned, feedback gathered and agreed proposed improvements.

  • Lead and/or support all learning activities and change programs including initiatives to establish or enhance sales processes, tools, and competencies to drive measurable sales productivity improvement.

  • Providing regular and ongoing feedback to local sales leaders and your line manager on progress with all new hires and other sales employees you are assigned to work with.

  • Drive initiatives and best practices on lead generation processes including qualification support, prospect research, and obtaining customer contact information.

  • Partner with Sales Leaders and Analyst to analyse pipeline against targets to consistently support delivery of revenue targets

  • Partner with Sales Leaders and Analyst to generate insights in increasing engagement rates throughout the customer journey leading to increased conversion rates

  • Partner with leaders and Global Sales Enablement Team to increase the proficiency of the RXPHSA Team around Value Based Selling methodology.

  • Conduct call quality assessments and providing coaching and feedback to our sales employees in Manila.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Must have at least 5 years’ of working experience in Training Management/Learning and Development

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in working in an outbound sales environment supporting various international partners

  • Proven and successful track record in a relevant sales environment, preferably in the B2B exhibition industry

  • Experience in consultative selling, maximising revenue from both new and existing customers demonstrating innovation and creativity

  • Highly effective communicator with excellent consultative skills, knowledge of partnering with stakeholders and experts at different levels to generate outcomes and results

  • Excellent influencing skills and willing to make changes based on feedback and anticipating time pressures of others, always communicating and acting with a high degree of emotional intelligence, social and self-awareness.

  • Highly flexible and open-minded, with a strong personal work ethic and ability to role model leadership behaviours.

  • Self-starter who holds themselves accountable for achieving results, is motivated to deliver to personal and team goals and passionate about helping others to succeed.

  • High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
