JOB TITLE: 2nd SHIFT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Exempt Position
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
DEPARTMENT: Warehouse and Parts
BASIC FUNCTION:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in the Warehouse, Parts, and Production Departments.
GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and oversee the activities of the warehouse, parts, and production departments.

``` - Evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies and develop solutions for said departments.

``` - Coordinate activities for incoming products, confirming accuracy and warehouse placement.

``` - Supervise part's room employees and activities to ensure on time parts shipments and provide all the parts necessary to production for assembly.

``` - Direct the activities of multiple warehouses and warehouse employees.

``` - Coordinate with forklift operators to maximize warehouse space.

``` - Investigate and reduce warehouse errors.

``` - Hands-on leadership required. The ability to step in and assist in daily operations within the departments.

``` - Provide training for warehouse and parts room personnel, to include, but not limited to, safety, quality and procedure.

``` - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

``` - Exhibit interpersonal skills sufficient to perform as an active team member.

``` - Perform other duties as requested by Company Management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

``` - 3-5 years of Warehouse Supervisory experience preferred.

``` - Good communication skills, computer skills, tow motor certified
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

``` - Ability to frequently stoop, squat and bend.
```{=html}
``` - Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and business-like attitude.

``` - Conduct all interactions with customers, vendors, field sales representatives and co-workers in a courteous and respectful manner.

``` - Regular attendance is an essential element of the job. Unplanned absences have the potential to impair the operation of the department and diminish the effectiveness of the Company.
