About The Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and excited about renewable energy.

• Assist the VP of Growth and Director of Sales Operations with administrative tasks (scheduling, data entry, etc.)

• Assist with tracking and reporting on sales data regularly

• Manage agreement templates and provide onboarding paperwork to new affiliates and channel partners

• Invite partners to our online training system and provide sales resources to successful candidates

• Generate reports on capacity status and company updates to selected sales affiliates

• Help to ensure that commissions are paid out in a timely and accurate manner, bringing any questions / concerns to the finance and software teams during a weekly meeting

• Review sales commission reports to confirm compliance with agreements

• Coordinate sales-related activities with others, Common Energy internal departments relating to order processing, channel compensation, customer escalations, marketing campaigns

• Manage library of sales resources including working with Common Energy Communications Manager on updates as needed

Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree is required

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and data-tracking skills

  • Passion for Sustainbility
