This role requires a bachelor\'s degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for advanced degrees and extensive security program experience. Key qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage competing demands, and the capacity to work independently. - Bachelor\'s Degree
- Five to 10 years of relevant experience
\ Preferred Qualifications:
- Master\'s Degree in relevant field
- 10 years of experience in Industrial Security Program or equivalent government or military experience
- Demonstrated success as an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) or equivalent position
- Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to juggle competing demands and prioritize work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment
- Able to work independently
\ Other Requirements:
- Able to obtain a DOD/FBI Top Secret level security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Willing to take occasional polygraph
- Able to pass, or recently passed, Facility Security Officer Program Management course for Possessing Facilities
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment
