AristaCare Desk Nurse Sub acute (RN/LPN) in Manchester, New Jersey
As a Desk Nurse Sub Acute LPN/RN, you will be responsible for triaging patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and providing administrative support to the nursing team. Other responsibilities may include: medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity and developing individualized care plans. You must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered LPN / RN license in New Jersey
Prior experience as a desk nurse is preferred
Must have experience working in LTC or a Skilled Nursing Facility
