Senior CRO Manager - Fixed Term Contract until September 2025

Job Description:

We have a fixed term opportunity for a Senior Conversation Rate Optimisation Manager, looking after our challenger brands.

About our Senior CRO Manager role.

The Senior CRO Manager is to optimise the commercial performance of the Challenger Brands website through conversion rate optimisation. This is done through ownership of the experimentation, personalisation and exit intent pipeline, supporting ideation and sizing, hypothesis and brief writing, the creation and building of experiments and managing the prioritisation of implementation. In addition, the job purpose also includes leadership of the Challenger Brands Squad to set squad priorities with all stakeholders and integrate the squad into the wider squad network.

Key Responsibilities:

Summary of your day to day?

You will be responsible for CRO Planning which includes creating tailored plans for each Challenger Brand to optimise conversion rates through high impact and innovative website updates and experimentation along with using traffic light system or scorecards to provide CRO priorities for each challenger brand. You will also be designing web optimization initiatives based on each Challenger Brand performance vs target, brief relevant teams on the actions, implement A/B testing through Optimizely and develop 6sense-backed personalisation programs for Brightpearl and Inventory Planner. On top of that you will also be responsible for the performance and reporting of each CRO initiative whilst working cross-functionally.
