About the Finance Manager role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you are accountable for delivering a robust financial support function to the hotel, simplifying work systems and assisting the hotel teams in the interpretation and analysis of revenue and costs. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
Supervise allon propertyfinance operations
To perform the month-end procedures, prepare all month-end reporting, interpret and analyse the financial statements
To assist other department Heads in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and lead the monthly reforecast of revenues and expenses
Handle all insurance, audit, tax, contractual and legal issues
Responsible for the budget and cost control in line with the hotel business plan
Experience you will have:
Gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious 4/5* hotel environment
A passion for Finance within a hospitality setting and will be motivated to change and grow
Excellent levels of verbal and written communication in English
Strong people management skills with robust attention to detail
In depth knowledge of all areas of Finance, to be able to support the function
