Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications is responsible for developing content and coordinating company communication programs for internal and external stakeholders utilizing multiple communications channels to enhance company reputation and team member engagement. This role will partner with leaders, as well as with teams across the enterprise, with the opportunity to showcase high level of strategic thinking, writing capabilities, and versatility.

This position will support the execution of integrated communications that contribute to the performance of the organization by informing, educating, and developing the workforce in a way that increases employee understanding of corporate strategy and operating goals, enhances company culture, and builds external reputation, including through support of corporate and product public relations programs.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in developing content and coordinating company communication programs for internal and external stakeholders utilizing multiple communications channels to grow an audience and build company awareness and team member engagement supporting Endo’s vision, values and business strategy.

  • Play key role in leading internal and external strategic business communications, including developing key messages, leading development of town halls and other key internal initiatives, leading external communications activities such as press releases, talking points, Q&As, presentation development, and others.

  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external parties, on content, timelines and deliverables for content that would be used on any current or future channels, including company website, intranet, social media, and media or public relations campaigns.

  • Act as Corporate Affairs project manager for Endo’s promotional review committee (also called Medical, Legal, Regulatory, or MLR), a critical process to ensure the compliance of marketing and promotional materials, requiring strong project management, attention to detail, and collaboration across functional teams.

  • Collaborate closely with internal partners development and execution of key internal communications activities and events (e.g., enterprise town hall meetings, etc.) and support ongoing continuous improvement of internal communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Management or related field required.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of organizational communications strategies and techniques and a keen understanding of various communications mediums, including but not limited to online, print, and audio/visual communications. Intranet communications and corporate publications experience a must.

  • Fluency in multi-media platforms such as video production, digital communications, web.

  • Strong experience in corporate communications.

  • Demonstrated success working with senior executives with a proven track record in executive communications.

  • Experience leading development of communications plans and tactics

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface at all levels of management and personnel both internally and externally.

Physical and Mental Requirements
