Brainstorm and develop creative concepts with clients and colleagues, incorporating an understanding of the employment market and candidate needs.

Demonstrate initiative and creativity in identifying and meeting client needs.

Contribute to content creation from the planning or draft stage to completion. Assist with fine-tuning project scope, content strategy, requirements and deadlines.

Gather comments and feedback from content strategists, subject matter experts, and other relevant parties.

Provide insightful feedback to content submitters.

Responds to edits and changes from subject matter experts with flexibility, while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Learn and execute writing style and standards.

Qualifications:

A writing background.

Experience with content development across multiple channels.

Ability to partner well with content strategists and designers.
