Your Role

As a Road Logistics Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, with a strong focus on SME customers. You will leverage your knowledge of road logistics, trade lanes, and customer needs to present tailored solutions that add value and drive business growth. This role is highly customer-focused, requiring you to build strong relationships, generate new leads, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Cost-consciousness and profitability will be central to your approach as you identify opportunities, close deals, and contribute to the success of our road logistics division.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new SME customers, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

  • Prepare and present quotations using internal tools, ensuring competitive and customized solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Road Logistics teams to provide the best transport solutions for customers.

  • Leverage digital tools (MyKN, CoreLOG) to support sales and customer interactions.

  • Conduct regular customer meetings and gather feedback to improve service offerings.

  • Align with the Customer Care Team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

  • Maintain high data accuracy in CRM tools and track sales performance effectively.

  • Act in accordance with company policies and Code of Conduct, ensuring professional and ethical interactions.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Few years of experience in sales within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably in road logistics.

  • Preferably a degree in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, Business, or Sales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM tools.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

  • Valid B driver’s license, with flexibility for occasional travel.

  • A results-driven attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
