An exciting opportunity has arisen within a world's leading water technology company. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly, inclusive, and highly inspirational team. The position will report directly to the Head of Marketing APAC, Water Utility based in Australia, and will be part of the Asia Pacific Marketing & Product Management team at GRUNDFOS.

As a Marketing Coordinator, your main responsibility will be overseeing the regional marketing plan with a focus on digital marketing activities, local events, and communications. Working closely with your manager and aligning with the global strategy, you'll support Water Utility’s Marketing Strategy in the APAC region. This includes aligning the brand's tone and positioning at regional and local levels, creating engaging content, and crafting high-quality communication for various audiences and media channels.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Digital competences - We expect you to be up to date and have a general understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing - including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media (SoMe) and display advertising. Additionally, you have great insight into current marketing tools and can deploy digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Moreover, it is a prerequisite, that you have some experience in website editing as well as working in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Business acumen - We expect that you have at least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or communication role. You are used to grasping customer needs and know-how to transform them into messages and activities that can strengthen and drive the GRUNDFOS business. As part of the APAC Marketing Team, you will frequently communicate with marketing and sales colleagues across the APAC countries.

  • Personal Characteristics - To succeed in this position, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines and think outside the box, while being agile and innovative. You are a high performer, a great networker, and possess solid coordination and planning skills. You will have a passion for learning new industry standards and research new and innovative marketing tools. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously in an autonomous, collaborative and outcome focused environment.

Primary Tasks

  • Events - Coordinate end-to-end events and exhibitions locally and regionally as required, including media coverage and follow-up.

  • Product Launches – plan and coordinate new product launches with internal stakeholders.

  • Social Media – Content creation (organic and paid), scheduling, and community management for selected social media accounts.

  • Website Management – Maintenance of Grundfos digital platforms by developing web content, ensuring all content is up to date, measuring the success of specific web pages.

  • Communications – Draft communications for both internal & external audiences

Your background:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or communications role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, communications, or a business field

  • Good written English skills - copywriting and editing

  • Experience with the following marketing software is desirable:

  • CMS – Adobe Experience Management or similar

  • Email Marketing / Automation – Marketo or similar

  • Social Media Management – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram

  • Design – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
