Support Services Group Instructional Designer in Makati City, Philippines
About the Role
As an Instructional Designer, you'll work hand-in-hand with our Training team to design, implement, and optimize training materials and modules. You'll empower agents with engaging modules innovative that help enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging e-learning modules in Litmos for CX and internal teams.
Design custom graphics for CX training, marketing materials, and user guides.
Create and edit instructional PDFs, PowerPoints, and video demos.
Collaborate with trainers to produce infographics, quick guides, and presentations.
Maintain knowledge base content in SharePoint.
What You Bring:
Expertise in visual communication, graphic design, and creativity.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, Audition, Media Encoder) and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with Litmos or similar LMS platforms (a plus if you can video edit or have HTML/CSS knowledge).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or any related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in instructional design, art, or graphic design in the BPO industry.
A growth mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Location: Makati
Work Arrangement: 100% On-site | 7 PM to 4 AM schedule
