JOB TITLE: Sr. Finance Consultant (Infor LN Finance) Duties: Perform systems management and implement Infor LN ERP Software (Baan ERP Software) to customize business applications for business processes based on specific system requirements. Specific duties include: - Requirement gathering for new customizations in ERP Infor to support Finance business processes. - Preparation of Functional / Technical specifications along with development and technical realization. - Direct installation of operating systems and application software to develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and support for the development of systems to upgrade Infor/Baan ERP applications and ensure that the management agree on system principles on various Infor/Baan ERP LN projects. - Establish functional and system standards to address user requirements procedures, operational requirements, and design constraints to improve Infor/Baan ERP LN systems. - Perform GAP Analysis, including Unit Test, System Test, and Integration Testing for Infor ERP and Infor ION products. This includes implementation of enhancements in Infor ERP Baan in Finance and Costing modules and End to End Implementation of Infor ERP for Finance and Costing module. - Provide training to key users and end users, GAP analysis, configuration of ERP parameter, Migration of Master Data, CRP, UAT, cut over strategy for Finance and Hyper care support after GO LIVE. - Provide Infor ERP Baan Support and new initiative for General Ledger, Integration Transactions, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash management, Fixed Assets Module and Costing modules. - Collaborate with engineers and developers to build appropriate design solutions for Finance and Data ERP application projects and ensure compatibility of system components to apply to Infor/Baan LN complex projects that require senior leadership. - Provide training, and guidance directly to business users of Infor/Baan LN application advice staff to understand specific system requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline and Four (4) years of experience as Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Sr. Consultant, Computer Systems Analyst, or related in the financial industry domain performing customization of ERP systems. Alternatively, in lieu of Bachelor's degree, employer will accept two (2) years of experience as Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Senior Consultant, Computer Systems Analyst, or related field in the financial industry domain performing customization of ERP systems. Employer also requires four (4) years of experience as Finance Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Sr. Consultant, Computer Systems Analyst, or related in the financial industry domain performing customization of ERP systems, totaling six (6) years of experience.
