We have a multinational product development team with tech hubs located across different Sites in the world. We're now looking for a Senior Program Manager to help us drive and coordinate our tech Site in Madrid. We have a strong dev organization with multiple teams that will be supported by you.

This is a unique opportunity to participate and coordinate the Site of a strong and diverse tech team.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Advocate for Employee Experience: Represent and protect employee experience in all strategies and decision-making, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.

  2. Communication & Engagement Strategies: Lead internal communication strategies, developing clear, tailored narratives and scalable tactics that engage employees across global teams.

  3. Recruiting & Talent Development: Partner with Recruiting to accelerate hiring efforts and enhance employer branding, while coordinating training initiatives to support new hires and leadership development, especially in local tech orgs in Madrid.

  4. Diversity & Inclusion: Work collaboratively to develop and implement strategies for career growth, engagement, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring a consistent cadence of communication and program execution.

  5. Site Health & Performance Metrics: Lead site health reviews with AB leadership, reporting on metrics such as recruiting, training, employee engagement, and organizational health (e.g., MBR, QBR, Connections). Collaborate with tech teams across Madrid to merge efforts and align on priorities.

  6. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across different functions, ensuring collaboration on site health, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.

  7. Drive events and initiatives to remind us we not only "work hard and make history" but also "have fun".

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in driving process improvements

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
