JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The WIDA Director of Professional Learning (PL) Operations position is located within the Educator Learning, Research, and Practice (ELRP) department and will report to the Chief Educator Learning Officer (CELO). This position will be responsible for the operational strategy and portfolio management for ELRP\'s suite of professional learning offerings. The Director of PL Operations will oversee the department\'s strategic planning and development processes and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively maintain WIDA\'s professional learning portfolio. This role will also make strategic decisions to drive process efficiencies, updates to pricing and packaging models, and eLearning innovation. Working fully remote is an option for this position within the United States (working remotely internationally is not an option).
