Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a CS/Data Entry Clerk, you will be a part of a team supporting various functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have customer service and data entry experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk

Location: Madison (Eventually moving to Remote Work)

Pay Range: $15-15.50

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

  • Customer Service - handling customers via phone and internet

  • Data Entry

  • Report Generation

  • Special Projects as needed

What’s Needed?

  • 2 years Customer Service experience (any customer facing role)

  • 2 years data entry experience

  • 5G internet at home

  • Live in/near Madison or Milwaukee

  • High School Diploma or GED
