Job Description

Oracle Human Resources is seeking a Senior People Analytics / Workforce Intelligence “WI” Consultant to join our team and drive the development and success of our Workforce Analytics “WA” / People Analytics Enablement efforts across all levels of the organization. The Senior People Analytics / WI Consultant will:

  • Establish and implement a cohesive strategy for WA Enablement programs that enhance the capabilities and potential of our people across the People Analytics ecosystem;

  • Create and foster an HR Analytics Community with focus and development on data literacy, reporting & analytics enablement, and data insights & storytelling;

  • Lead our cross-functional HR Enablement program for Workforce / People Analytics;

  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to design, implement, and scale data-driven people solutions (E.g., Help create dashboards for specific audiences and ensure uptake and adoption of those dashboards through enablement activities and artifacts); and

  • Leverage Oracle Analytics Cloud “OAC” tools and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights, drive organizational change, and empower teams to make informed talent decisions that support our business objectives.

Reporting to the Sr. Director or Workforce Analytics Enablement, the Senior People Analytics / WI Consultant will globally enable effective use of analytical tools & concepts across teams and roles. In addition, he/she will Influence development of analytical tools & services to help maximize value for HR professionals and business leaders while being a “Champion” for analytical best practices globally.

As a member of our WA / People Analytics leadership team, this is a unique opportunity to make an impact and collaborate closely with teams across HR, including, but no limited to, HR leaders and business partners, HR Centers of Excellence “CoE”, as well as many other key internal stakeholders and Line of Business “LoB” partners.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, analytical thinker who brings a fresh perspective, data-driven decision-making, and deep expertise in People Analytics strategy, along with well-developed organizational leadership and change management skills to successfully drive both enablement and operational outcomes. He/She will know how to build trusted relationships, communicate clear vision, garner support and alignment across multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and measure results. They are comfortable moving and pivoting quickly, are fun and collaborative, and have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership – WA / People Analytics Enablement Strategy, Planning, Execution, and Measurement

  • Develop and drive a cohesive vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals for WA / People Analytics Enablement programs while working with WA Leadership and the broader WA Team.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize critical business outcomes while planning corresponding activities to achieve such.

  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our approaches.

  • Consulting & Advisory

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and opportunities.

  • Design and implement best-in-class analytics frameworks, methodologies, and dashboards tailored to HR and management needs.

  • Present clear, compelling insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders and partners to understand reporting & analytic needs and ensure the effective delivery and adoption of enablement programs.

  • Work closely with the WA Technology Team and Privacy, Security, and Governance “PS&G” Team to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure analytics initiatives are seamlessly integrated and scalable.

  • Actively participate as a member of Sr. Director’s leadership team to define and deliver on organizational priorities and initiatives, optimize organization and processes, develop talent, and drive innovation and change.

  • Measurement and Continual Improvement

  • Establish and maintain key performance metrics, success criteria, and measurement standards for all WA Enablement programs and activities.

  • Report out results and metrics to Sr. Director and GVP, as well as other stakeholders.

  • Ensure teams are leveraging metrics, feedback, and data insights/analytics to continually innovate and improve.

  • Operational Effectiveness

  • Proactively look across Reporting & Analytics programs to leverage synergies, efficiencies, and cost savings.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence (I.e., Through technology, partnership, etc.).

  • Communication

  • Build awareness and visibility of WA Enablement program strategies, offerings, and results with key audiences.

  • Develop and implement a cohesive and effective stakeholder communication and delivery strategy / mechanism for WA Enablement, partnering with the broader WA Team.

  • Ensure teams globally develop effective change management and communication strategies for WA Enablement program initiatives, partnering where needed.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in people analytics, HR consulting, or a similar role with a proven history of leading strategic analytics initiatives.

  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms (E.g., OAC, Tableau, Power BI, Etc.).

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

  • Strong systems thinking and dot connecting, coupled with the ability to develop strategy and drive execution with a bias for moving quickly and iterating.

  • Data-driven with strong business acumen and the ability to align People Analytic strategies with critical business needs.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.

  • Success in collaborating with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders to achieve consensus and results, building trust and credibility with HR, business teams, and partners.

  • Experience advising senior leaders and managing high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management efforts and drive adoption of analytics best practices.

  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.

  • Leader and team player with strong people skills to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse teams at all levels.

  • Experience in a consulting and/or working in a fast-paced technology driven environment.

  • Must be able to demonstrate good judgment; analytical decision-making capabilities, with experience using metrics to drive program improvements.

  • Proven ability to develop and present effective business cases for executive level decision makers.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve success through others, develop capability, and support individual growth.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
