JOB REQUIREMENTS: Medical Assistant, Psychiatry - 32953 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE day shift position. Shifts are scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30AM - 5:00PM, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) to: * Join our team of experienced psychiatric specialists who provide assessment, treatment and management of physiological and psychological health for children and adults through patient consultation, outpatient and inpatient care and programs. * Support the Interventional Psychiatry program by facilitating our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) program which involves the use of short-pulsed magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain. TMS is an outpatient procedure used to treat depression. * Assist in the treatment delivery of esketamine. Esketmamine is a medication, administered in the clinic, to treat depression. * Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.
