Position Purpose: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around SQL Development and Analytics. Also responsible for quarterly provider directory completion, online provider directory integrity, and overall provider data auditing for a team of SQL Business Solutions Developers

• Oversee all activities related to provider data, including training materials and policies and procedures

• Manage the encounter response files and the error correction processes

• Develop and maintain data integrity through audits and reports

• Ensure updates (adds, changes and terminations) for new or existing provider records are made in a timely manner

• Create and maintain KPIs and goals for provider entry department

• Update and produce both hard copy and on-line provider directories

• Responsible for systems implementation as necessary

• Coordinate materials needed for Request for Applications (RFA’s) and new business

• Schedule monthly provider verifications regarding provider enrollment specifications (tracks demographic changes of providers under certain specialty types)

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of contracting, provider data, or data analytics experience. Supervisor/lead experience preferred.

Pay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year
