The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Singlewire\'s internal IT systems, with a strong focus on endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), application packaging, patching, and cloud platform administration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our SaaS DevOps group, to develop solutions that meet Singlewire\'s IT needs. Key Responsibilities Endpoint Management & MDM: Oversee the administration, deployment, and management of endpoints, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices using MDM solutions. Ensure seamless and secure operation across the organization. Application Packaging & Patching: Manage application packaging and distribution, ensuring timely patching and updates for critical systems and software. Develop and maintain an efficient patching cycle. Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 Administration: Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, including user account management, group policies, security configurations, and integrations with other systems. Service Desk Administration: Oversee service desk operations, providing timely support for internal users, troubleshooting IT issues, and resolving service requests in line with organizational SLAs. Systems Integration & Workflow Automation: Work on system integrations, automating workflows to improve operational efficiency, and collaborating with internal teams on system improvements and integrations. Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard systems, including vulnerability assessments, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and workflows. Regularly report on system health, performance metrics, and project statuses to stakeholders. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments, including DevOps, to ensure IT systems support business needs and project goals.
