Overview UW Credit Union\'s IT Applications Development team is hiring a dynamic IT Support Engineer II who loves tackling unique challenges with a growth mindset to support daily IT operations. IT Application Development is a team of passionate professionals who deliver a diverse portfolio of technical solutions, including high-performance web applications, integrations and core financial systems that enable the credit union to deliver high quality financial products and services. As the Support Engineer, you\'ll provide second-level support for our external software users and first-level support for our business partners. Your responsibilities will include monitoring support tickets, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with internal partners, and collaborating with database administrators, software engineers, and DevOps to resolve problems quickly. You\'ll work in an Agile environment, contributing to our iterative development process.
