JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Executive Director will oversee the areas of career management (student coaching, career development workshops) and employer relations (campus organized recruiting, employer development) and works with a team of outstanding professionals supporting Full-Time MBA, Professional MBA, Executive MBA, MS and MA Masters students in the Wisconsin School of Business including our Knowledge Centers while striving to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment. The Executive Director develops and leads the execution of strategy, policy and protocol, administers services, and cultivates relationships that benefit career advising and employer relations efforts for MBA & Master\'s programs to ensure all constituents receive quality career services support. Strategy will include particular attention for internship and job-seeking students in residential programs, including international students. Use of data to inform decision-making and improve organizational processes, demonstrated leadership in creating a positive team culture, and exceptional administrative skills will be welcomed. While on-site duties in the Wisconsin School of Business are expected, this role will have some remote flexibility with approval. Travel will also be expected.
