JOB REQUIREMENTS: Director Clinical Cancer Services - 31271 Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Director, Clinical Cancer Services to: * Lead clinical operations for cancer services at UW Health. * Align nursing, clinical care, and support services for ultimate effectiveness and efficiencies. * Manage the complex interdepartmental and interdisciplinary relationships to assure collaboration and effective/efficient operations within Clinical Cancer Services. * Assess manager and staff development needs; identify goals and provide resources and create a culture and systems for recognizing and rewarding staff.
