JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient - 31127 Work Schedule : This is a full-time FTE 1.0 position. 80% AM (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) and 20% PM (1:30 pm - 11:00 pm) rotating schedule. Every 4th weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to: * Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective. * Perform both clinical and distributive tasks necessary to ensure that patients\' medication therapy is safe, effective, timely, and efficient. * Provide training and education to Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through practical and didactic experiences. * Provide patient care to a diverse population including medical and surgical patients.
