Responsibilities

Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

  • AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred.

  • One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.

County Specific requirement.

  • County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current

St. Francis Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $17.10 to $21.33. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
