Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team near Rutherford, New Jersey. In the manufacturing industry, your role will be pivotal in managing customer orders and inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with the responsibility of maintaining customer accounts and ensuring smooth operations within a high-volume team.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer orders on a daily basis
• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide support to a high performing team of customer service representatives
• Handle a high volume of work, including emails and other correspondence
• Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems for various tasks
• Engage in both inbound and outbound customer service calls
• Participate in data entry tasks and use of Microsoft Excel and Word in daily operations
• Oversee account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service is required, with the ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Data Entry skills are essential, with a keen eye for detail to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Must be capable of managing detail-oriented Email Correspondence, responding to customer emails in a timely and accurate manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports as needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, able to create, edit, and format documents effectively.
• Experience in Order Entry is necessary, with the ability to accurately input customer orders into the system.
• Strong Account Management skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, providing customers with product and service information. TalentMatch®
