As an Innovation Lead within PNC's Enterprise Innovation team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

The mission of PNC’s Enterprise Innovation is to unlock the possible; to imagine how financial services can improve everyday life of people and organizations. Within the Enterprise Innovation team, the Business Innovation practice is responsible for innovation opportunity scanning, early-stage opportunity analysis, business model conceptualization and validation, partner identification and evaluation, and business due diligence.

As an Innovation Lead, you will be an Enterprise Technology Product Owner within Technology Innovation of the Enterprise Innovation organization reporting to an innovation manager. Responsibilities in this job may include:

· Managing innovation activities, including but not limited to, scanning and learning activities, ideation, hands-on experimentation, and support of the emerging technology labs, towards technology incubation to create a long-term sustainable advantage for PNC

· Developing and managing the partnership with the Technology teams to define enterprise technology product requirements and roadmap.

· Advising senior management and partners to understand the Emerging Technologies

· Developing and communicating the objectives, status, and results of the Labs and Incubations with key stakeholders via clear presentation, blogs, forums, etc.

· Monitoring and identifying signals (both opportunities and threats) of technology areas that can impact or change the strategy of the emerging technology.

· Strategizing and implementation of the Emerging Technology Product Incubation

· Developing business and technology use cases and supports execution strategy for new technology.

· Working with the product teams, platform teams and other key stakeholders to gain their buy-in for the value, concept, and plan for execution.

· Monitoring launched incubation against original business and technology use cases and incorporate learnings into future development.

Due to the nature of this position, we are seeking the following experience:

· Experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies

· Experience managing the research, development, and implementation of enterprise software solutions

· Technical background with an understanding of software development methodologies

· Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing enterprise platforms and software products.

· Experience in the financial services industry
