The Quality Data Analyst manages the value-based programs and oversees the collection and dissemination of quality-related company data, the identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. They will work with data architecture and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and operation of quality reporting solutions. The position will be responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and relevance of the quality-related data and insights needed to support sound operational decision making.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Identify opportunities to capture all Quality Measures by conducting ongoing monitoring of data, review of existing reports, and analyzing identified deficiencies and following up with recommendations to ensure maximized performance of data.

  • Build robust quality dashboards and reports that support user needs while following visualization and business guidelines using best practices.

  • Develops and organizes standard work documentation related to the quality data reporting, communication, development, and workflows. Provides education and training to a wide variety of staff, as needed.

  • Monitors and reports global quality metrics on a continual basis.

  • Understands and follows business guidelines for handling confidential data.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Information Science, Engineering or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years successful experience in data management, analytics, and report generation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to query, collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Advanced written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with people in various levels of the organization.

  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Oracle (or similar ERP system), CRM, PLM, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $75.000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
