We are offering a unique opportunity for a Mail Clerk in Loveland, Colorado. The role primarily involves handling mail operations and clerical duties for a corporate office setting. The job includes managing mail distribution and maintaining inventory of mailing materials. This role is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and dispatch mail to our branches twice a week, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Process all outgoing mail from the corporate office on a daily basis, following established mailing protocols.

• Monitor and manage the postage meter, ensuring an ample supply of postage at all times.

• Handle cash collections and prepare bank deposits as necessary.

• Manage inventory levels of shipping materials such as boxes and envelopes to ensure availability.

• Professionally handle incoming calls, welcome guests, and provide assistance as needed.

• Sort incoming mail, respond to correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail accurately.

• Serve as a backup for the receptionist when required.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
