Division Information

Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is headquartered in McKinney, TX. a suburb of Dallas. Dynacraft is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium- and heavy-duty truck parts sold under Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF nameplates. For fifty years Dynacraft has provided the company's truck divisions and PACCAR Parts division with high quality components, subassemblies, and specialized services. Dynacraft has production facilities in Louisville, KY, and McKinney, TX.

Role Summary

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Unit Manager and is responsible for all building and production maintenance. This position is located in Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

  • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown repair of industrial production equipment.
  • Perform equipment upgrades supportingsafety, quality and on-time shipment.
  • Train employeesin safe usage and setup of production equipment.
  • Assist with the design, fabrication and installation of newequipment.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and repair production hand tools.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Education
  • High school diploma and technical education required.
  • 3-5years of related experience.
  • Industrial Robotics, Fanuc preferred.

Qualifications / Skills
  • Strongtroubleshooting, repairing skills of electro-mechanical industrial equipment (drawings, schematics, diagnostic tools).
  • Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild of hydraulic, pneumatic power systems, electrical power and control circuits.
  • Industrial robotics andelectronics including PLC trouble shooting & programming knowledge,AB and Fanuc preferred.
  • Computer knowledge of MS Office.
  • Steel fabrication skills: saws, torches, welders, mill, and lathe.
  • Strong math, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, listen, verbal and writing.
  • Work flexibility: overtime, weekends, holidaysas needed.
