Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support high-profile executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a contract to hire role. The ideal Executive Assistant will possess impeccable organizational, communication, and project management skills to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedule of executives, ensuring all professional and personal appointments are taken care of.

  • Plan and arrange travel and accommodations for executives, including the development of detailed itineraries.

  • Act as the main point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

  • Manage confidential correspondence, documents, and other information with the utmost discretion.

  • Draft letters, memos, emails, prepare comprehensive presentations, reports, and financial data on behalf of executives.

  • Handle a wide range of administrative and personal tasks, including running errands, shopping for gifts, managing personal appointments, and coordinating personal events or functions.

  • Perform research and manage special projects as required.

  • Supervise and handle household matters and dealings with family members as requested by the executive.

The Executive Assistant will be privy to sensitive information, and as such, they must be discreet and confidential at all times. Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an executive assistant or in a relevant administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

  • Flexibility to work outside of typical business hours as needed, with the understanding that the needs of the executive dictate the schedule.
